I had a big order with them and it came in three parts...they only chaged me $5 for the whole thing. and it took from 3 days to 10 days.

The next order I sent off they sent me one item and not the other and the two go together....And they said it is out of stock so I wont get it. I rang them and said I dont want this item if I cant have the second..."ok we will refund you the money" ...so why do you process the order if you are out of stock? "oh I am sorry mam". Fine!!

I go to the site a couple of weeks later and they have the second item showing as available...I call the 0800 number and they say "yap its available" I was soooo mad!! It depends on how busy they are. Iorder *ahem* a bit off them, and sometimes its two or three days and others longer. Last time I orderted ther was a note on the site saying they were very busy and experiencing long delays, I think I waited about 3 weeks? free postage,t hough. I think it gets busy cos ther si a whole lot of TM people who get the old catalogues and buy all the old old stock cheap with the codes to re sell.
