Don't know anything about the supernanny one but we got our Evenflo Discovery plus base for $100, it was on sale from $199 to $149 and they only had the floor stock left so they let us have it for $100, score!

For me personally the base is the whole attraction with the capsule, it's so easy. I have only seen them on trademe, so don't really know much about them. But I bought a mothercare capsule for $100 brand new, and its great.
