Just make sure if you get lemsip, that you get the regular one (it only has paracetamol in it) - some of the other versions have pseudoephedrine derivatives in them, which is a no-no!

I've also succumbed to the lurgy that is going around.... My midwife told me have nothing but manuka honey and panadol.
So I made a honey and lemon drink at home and had some panadol. it helped heaps :)

I've got the makings of a sore throat on the righthand side and my right ear is a little achey. Is there anything I can take? I want to hit it now, before it gets worse.
