I bought tops from The Warehouse, and KMart, and also a couple from Farmers. The only actual maternity stuff I bought were some singlets from Kmart, and some pants from the Patch outlet store in Westgate. Sometimes their XL sizing is quite big - it depends on what it is and the fabric. Good Luck!!
