Your GP can do a urine test, but I'd be surprised if you have one with uot any symptoms - usually people who have them with no symptoms have chronic UTIs and are generally unwell.]]>

Sounds very pelvic floor-y but I'm not a physio or MW!  You might need to up the amount, and also do them several times a day.  Are you doing a mix of quick contractions (e.g. 20 quickly in a row) and longer holds (e.g. hold for 15 seconds each)?  Ask your LMC for a referral to a maternity physio (if you're near one!) and they can give you a more specific "training" program.  I think sometimes people find it worse if they have a UTI - is this possible?<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Flissty</span>]]>

When I sneeze, pick ethan up, get up to fast etc I get a little leakage.<br /><br /><br />This is horrible and I never had any problems when pregnant with Ethan and I am good at remembering to do my "exercises".  <br /><br />Could it be that I need to up the amount I do or could it be something else???]]>
