They won't even oblige by getting the chicken pox properly lol and considering one of them has a compromised immune system I figure we're showing the system up abit <img border="0" src="https://www.ohbaby.co.nz/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">]]>

If enough people got it done, then the epidemic would die down which it has. But yes years rather than months would be better.]]>

Isla is fully immunised, but we just got one in each leg and then I would take her back a week or 2 later for the menzb one. Also if they have a reaction, with just one in each leg it would be easier to tell which one they reacted to.]]>

We looked at all the pros and cons and also DH is friends with an ex GP who was involved in research into immunisation in Belgium and after considering all the facts we decided that we would take the risk of him catching one of the illnesses and be armed with dealing with the consequences. My m/w's daughter held off giving the jabs for a while, there is no reason that they need to be started at 6 weeks, it is just the time between the jabs that is important.]]>

We gave him his first menzb one recently as DH suddenly decided he wanted him to have it.<br /><br />Another person I know (who use to come on ohb just a little) didn't get her son his imms and I'm not sure if she has done them now or not as she was against them at such a young age. ]]>
