Make sure you are eating well and often. With Kryssi I spent my first trimester eating 2 hourly with several things during the day like macaroni cheese and potato salad, to keep the nausea at bay. I was just using heaps more energy than with the previous two.]]>

I almost had to run to the bathroom in the middle of the night and when I woke this morning.  After I eat it settles to just feeling like heartburn.<br /><br />Isn't 4 weeks a bit early for morning sickness???
