I thought about sending them a bill for my babysitting (okay it was my mum and she does it for free....but they dont need to know that!!!)

Cheers to the lovely waitress at the cafe in St Heliers where we had lunch today (DH took the day off work - it was lovely!), when Ollie was being a grizzle monster and he "threw" his bottle across the pavement in a tantrum, she was there so quick picking it up and offering to go and sterilise it for us!

Jeers to a large Auckland radiology centre - where I had scheduled an MRI for 1645 so my mum could get over and babysit for the munchking, and after sitting in the waiting room for 45mins after my appointment time, I asked how much longer it would be - to be told I would have to wait at least another 50mins!!!!!!  Promptly informed them that wasnt good enough and they should call me to reschedule - and went home! Grrrr......interestingly enough the bill arrived before they had called to reschedule. Not sure how I got a $900 bill for sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours!!!

Cheers to the team at Sanctuary Dental, who put my mind at ease about my teeth after I admitted I hadn't been to the dentist since I was pregnant more than two years ago, and treated me like a rock star instead of a slack dental patient. I scheduled follow-up appointments and I actually mean to keep them. Mostly because they have a massage chair in their waiting room.

Jeers to my local toy hire company, which shall remain nameless, and who charged us $40 each way for delivery and pickup of the play structures we rented for Emma Rose's birthday party. $80 to drive 15 minutes down the road and back!
