I am hoping that I can just hang tight for a little bit longer. I feel a bit more sick again today.

I am so emotional today too! I feel so sad and frustrated for no reason. I started a new job at work today, and my first day went great. But I have to get up at 5:45am now as it is an early start and then there were massive public transport issues coming home. It took me an hour just to get a bus, and then I had to stand, and I was wearing high heels and my feet hurt. I got off the bus and cried all the way home!

Finally got home safe and sound two hours after I finished work (normal is about 35 mins) and I just feel awful. What a drama queen!

Gotta be a good sign though, eh???

I found it was worse when I was tired. I agree that the sudden lack of symptoms freak you out... (eg. had some spotting at the same time that boobs stopped hurting and nausea was gone, which was very scary, but it was all fine in the end). My nausea slowly got better around week 10-11, and was pretty much gone by week 12-13.

I say ask for a scan if it is really worrying you - unnecessary stress can't be good!

BUT my last appointemt she couldnt find his heartbeat very well lol, but we wernt worried as he soon kicked the doppler to let us know he was fine and dandy hehe.

Also, if it would make you feel more at ease go and have scan, dont feel bad for having one! I've got one, I used one with the gremlins and it truly did help keep me sane even once they started moving to know that I could listen to them whenever they had a quiet day.

If you're really anxious (and believe me, I was!), go for a scan! Never mind 'wasting resources' - that's what they're there for and if it gives you peace of mind then it's worth it!

I found my m/s/hyperemesis fluctuated too, I had some days where I threw up all day and others where I wasn't as sick and that always made me panic. Now bub is bouncing around and I am STILL feeling sick and sooo over it!

By mild, I mean I feel nauseous pretty much 24/7 but I don't actually throw up. With the other two it carried on till about 20 weeks so I'm resigned to feeling pretty rubbish for another 10 weeks or so with this one too. I have days where I don't feel so bad.....on those days my poor boobs get poked many times to make sure they are still tender (hehe, tmi??). But every pregnancy is different and alot of lucky ladies seem to lose their ms at about 10 weeks. Apparantly it's around then that the placenta kicks in and your hormones settle a bit.

I understand the worry after a mc, my first ended in a mmc and I've never been able to completely relax and enjoy a pregnancy since.

Big hugs from another anxious mum-to-be. Hope you got some sleep.
