oh that would have been a bit embarrassing michsal.. but easy to happen. I don't receive notifications for anything any more from this site.. but I did change my email addy which I use to log on to ohbaby with And.. checked my old email the other day - which I hardly ever use & I had around 200 ohbaby notifications!

sorry to hear you had a tough afternoon with your little one gabeden. hope things are better today.

I would be keen to come along if you do another meet up also

I let her sleep for a bit and put her in the push chair, fortunately she stayed asleep but only for about 1/2 an hour the rest of the day was a nightmare. I know what you mean, JustMe. There were bubs and mums around too when I arrived that day. I had to ask a mum with her bub sitting at Take5 whether she was waiting for some mums and the answer was NO.

how long did you all stay for? after I did my car thing & plunket meet I walked to st lukes & had lunch in the foodcourt! there were a few mums & bubs around , you may have all split up by then.. but I don't really know what anyone looks like anyway

hi girls, I'm sorry but i won't be able to make it tomorrow.

Not just due to my car but due to my floundering plunket coffee group! We have had quite a slow & iffy start. One of the ladies phoned me yesterday & wants everyone to come to her place - which turns out to be exactly the same time we are supposed to meet at st lukes tomorrow.

I want to meet up with you all but also need to know whether or not anything is going to happen - if at all after tomorrows meet up for my plunket group. So I am going to walk around to this womans place tomorrow. Hope there is another meet up like this one & I can join you all

hi girls, I seem to be a bit out of luck lately with my car. On sunday afternoon I collided with another car in new lynn on an intersection. I don't know that I will be able to drive by Thursday now. I think the shopping part of this gathering could be somewhat lethal. I went out yesterday and could have gone absolutely nuts, as it was I only went nuts. BUT there is soo much yummy stuff in the shops for wee ones ... Yes, our little people can certainly make us feel bedraggled huh?.. some days def worse than others!.. at least we are all going through it & understand how you're feeling.. I attempted to make the last meet up at western springs the other week but didn't make it due to my wee man being grizzly & difficult because he was teething.. this will be my first meet up too kicker. hope to see you there!

I totally understand you guys. I chose to stay at home a lot too when Yusra was younger.

You will be surprised that I haven't gone out with any coffeegroup. We only go to playgroup when it suits us. I definitely love to go out to meet other mums, but I found it hard to cope after I come back home already tired and there's tired baby needs my comfort too.

But as she becomes older and needs less sleep, I have more time to go out. Now I could do much more during the week such as vegie shopping and things so that we have more time to enjoy as a family on weekend too.

Hi - I am still keen for next Thurs 28th. Figured if we just all meet up at about 10.30ish at the coffee shop in the middle, I am guessing that the large (ish) group of women with their buggies / babies will give it away! I have a lime green Mountain Buggy - so you should be able to spot us!!

In another thread there were a few of us keen to catch up at St Lukes for coffee and shopping!

So - How about Thursday 28th February at 11am. Meet at the coffee shop in the middle (where Santa was). I dont know what its called...I think its Take Five or something equally as naf!!
