We have the same cots Andie and yep they do convert! I have a plain Jolly Jumper one and it is not techinally a bed as well, but I did just take the side off for Alan and it was totally fine and stable. I've been told that Ella's Jolly Jumper Sleigh Cot converts into a toddler bed... but I don't think it does (Oooh I'd love if it did though!).  I'll get Ella an innersprung mattress for it if it is convertable, but can someone please enlighten me?  It sure didn't say it was when we bought it, but 2 friends rekon their ones (the same) are.  I thought it was just Touchwood Sleigh's that converted.
