I had pain on the right side and went to see my GP as I thought it may have been ectopic pregnancy. Had a scan and all was well. Yeah they can be quite scary aye! I had some last night and I was to scared to move even cos it was such a horrible stabbing pain down my side to my hip. I had that kind of feeling a little later on in my preg and it was due to adhesion pains. Me! I had all kind of pains, dull aches, really painful aches, stabbing pains, cramps... you name it, I had it. I even had bleeding and passing clots combined with cramps and stabbing pains! Last topic for at least a few weeks I promise!

Anyone else had a dull ache right down low on one side early on in pregnancy? It's kinda constant...kinda dull stabbing...not major. A few days ago it was the upper right side hurting, now the lower left so maybe ligaments?
