I think the worst thing I found with yesterday was it made me feel tired and lathargic (sp) and I'm only 23 weeks!!! Thankfull though I don't have another wee one to run around after. i agree these hot chch days are a killer.
plan on sitting inside most of the day.
had school sports day on monday and got burnt! stupid me not thinking it would be hot enough to need sunblock.
today looks like it will be pretty hot too. The joy
