my friend had ALL 3 of her kids get chickenpox as she was preggers with number four. her midwife said that while it can be a problem, it usually isn't and monitored her a bit more carefully. she said also not to worry too much as stress would probably cause more problems than chickenpox itself. I'm pretty sure that if you've had them before then bubs will get immunity through you.

Just checking something...i worked at a preschool till Friday...and we had Scarlet fever there though that was a while ago and I and bubs seem to be fine..

A child who hasn't been there for a week has a brother that has measles..and one i have a lot of contact with has come down with chickenpox....can either of these be a problem?
