We've been using Usana's Usanimals for Em. They're chewable and she likes to eat them like a "snack". One of the ladies from my antenatal class sells Usana products and she recommended them to me. They're expensive but the bottle lasts for ages. :)

Just a quick point re the healtheries kidscare tablets - they are safe for younger kids, but the age limit is put on the label as they could be a chocking risk for younger kids. (I work for healtheries - well did, I'm on maternity leave right now). mm It's hard though as they don't take the place of a good diet (lol not many toddlers have great eating habits!)they just add in a little bit to fill the gaps.

We have ones from healtheries.. kidscare ones that are animal shapes and chewable.. but are from age 3 upwards (ayja is eagerly awaiting her 3rd birthday so she can have them.. even though she eats really well compared to miss fusspants) imunofort ones i have heard good things about.   We looked at getting paris the centrum kids ones the other day, however i looked a the backs and the healtheries ones are pretty much exactly the same, and have a bit more of some things than the centrum.. plus they are half the price.. $7 for 60, instead of $15

They can have floradix as well.
Ella has Immunofort for kids but I think thats only usable from age 2.

I've just been reading this Patrick Holford book from the library where he stresses how great multivitmains are for toddlers/ children but I can't find any where?

Does anyone use them or know where I can buy them, Ben is 16 mths so wouldn't take a tablet so it would need to be the dissolve in water type.
