I think any time from now is acceptable - she must appreciate how hard it is on your body to be pregnant and how tired you would get.

I bet she's probably expecting you'll mention it when it gets too much for you but waiting for you to take the lead as you know when it's getting too hard.

I would be very suprised if she's counting on your availability after the birth - does she know your EDD? ok over the past year or so I have been doing the odd babysitting for a friend (she does pay me)
