Mine comes at certain times during the day/night, firstly it was just random and only happened every few days, now it's daily. I'm not sure what happens later on though. I love it - a performance! My m/w told me just to make sure that you clean the nipples well too so nothing gets blocked up. so while we're on the subject - I've only had one *ahem* performance where I've full on leaked and since then there's just been some residue on the nipples. In your experiences will this increase to proper leakage or did you find that it just came and went randomly?

Mine started at about 30 weeks really bad, but has now eased off thankfully! Yeah I had this as well, I found towards the end of pregnancy it was so bad I had to wear nipple pads.
