I woke with a horrible headache yesterday, thought it may be lack of fluid, but after sleeping on and off yesterday and pumping in just under 2 litres of liquid, it's still there today. I'm thinking (no painkillers yet) that if panadol doesn't take the edge of it, I may head off to the osteopath as I think (now) it may be coming from my neck.

Let us know how you get on

You can buy ones for migraines from the pharmacy you just stick them to your forehead or the back of you neck. Back of the neck is good to help with the vomiting. You could also try travel sick tablets but make sure you ask pharmacist for ones safe during pregnancy. I used travel sick tablets for morning sickness when I needed to fly to the uk , it helped a little. Also invest in an eye mask and some ear plugs.

Hope that will help a bit.

Handmade Jewellery
