Does it matter what time tomorrow I get the blood taken? Does it need to be at around the same time of day as yesterdays lot?

I ended up getting yesterdays lot taken at 3:30pm. I asked the nurse taking the blood if it mattered when I came back, but she wasn't very helpful. It would be easier for me to drop Kiya off at school then go and get the blood taken (meaning I'd get there at around 9:30am) rather than doing what I did yesterday which was to pick Kiya up after school then go and get the blood taken.
