Some cars like mine just won't do anything in the way of making seatbelts bigger (I have a boyracer car with racing seats which take up seatbelt length). I have a medical certificate so I don't have to wear it. There's no way I would go anywhere faster than 50km/hr without a seatbelt on though! I have discovered how to make my seatbelt fit me better. on the door side there is a bit which you can slide down.
